อีกงานประชุมหนึ่งที่ใกล้กำหนดส่งผลงานก็คือ ECTI-CON 2009 หรือชื่อเต็มว่า 6th Annual International Conference of the Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI) Association of Thailand ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นที่พัทยา ระหว่างวันที่ 6-9 พฤษภาคม 2552 งานประชุมนี้เมื่อก่อนก็เคบจัดที่พัทยาครับ แล้วก็เดินทางรอนแรมไปที่เชียงราย ลงใต้ไปกระบี่ ปีนี้จึงวนกลับมาที่พัทยาอีก กำหนดส่ง Full Paper วันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2551 (เน้นว่าเป็น Full Paper นะครับ ไม่ใช่ abstract เฉยๆ) อัตราการรับบทความปีที่แล้วเพียง 60-70% เท่านั้นครับ เพราะมีการนำ proceeding ไปเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล IEEE-Explore ทำให้การควบคุมคุณภาพมีความเข้มงวดขึ้น
